Storage agreement

In accordance with the Gas Storage Facilities Code, the services of storage (injection, withdrawal) are rendered due to an Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal).

In accordance with Gas Storage Facilities Code, an Agreement and amendments to them are conducted in Ukrainian and by the request of Customers – in both Ukrainian and English languages.

The Customer shall submit to the SSO following documents:

1. Application for conducting of the Agreement:

FOR RESIDENTS – application for concluding of the Agreement in Ukrainian language  УКР

FOR NON-RESIDENTS - – application for concluding of the Agreement in English language  ENG

 

2. Documents that certify the authority of representatives to act from the name of entities. Please see the following link for the full list of documents to conduct the Agreement УКР/ENG

KYC – QUESTIONNAIRE FOR COUNTERPARTY – LEGAL ENTITY ENG

The scanned documents are sent via e-mail to: – front-office@utg.ua

*for fast processing of the documents we ask to indicate the entity name and legal Code in the theme of e-mail as in following example:

3. Signed Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal), as follows:

FOR RESIDENTS - the Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal) in Ukrainian UKR_3.1 or bilingual version UKR_ENG_3.2

FOR NON-RESIDENTS - the Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal) in bilingual version  UKR_ENG_NON_RES_3.3

The Customer shall forward the SSO following letters under certain circumstances:

  • The letter on change of details (location, bank details) in the Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal) ENG 
  • The letter on change of the Customer`s representatives ENG 

 
4. The originals of specified in the list УКР/ENG documents or their hard copies certified by signature of authorized representative of the Customer, Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal) and the application for conducting of the Agreement are forwarded by mail to the following address: JSC UKRTRANSGAZ, 9/1, Klovskiy Uzviz, Kyiv, 01021, Ukraine (with the note: “Front-office”)
