Ukrtransgaz Presents Its Potential at the E-world Energy & Water Exhibition in Germany

The Ukrtransgaz team, together with Naftogaz Group and the TSO of Ukraine, has started work at the international E-world Energy & Water exhibition in Germany – a key platform for the energy community, which unites more than 800 companies from 25 countries worldwide.

Last year, international partners from more than 30 countries used Ukrainian underground gas storages, and the number of non-resident customers increased up to 176 companies.

“Ukrtransgaz guarantees competitive tariffs, reliable gas storage services, and a convenient service for traders. In addition to conventional gas storage, the company has started injecting biomethane into our UGSs. Ukrtransgaz is actively working on implementing the latest solutions in decarbonization and green energy. Among the key areas of development there are solar and wind generations, hydrogen storage prospects, and infrastructure modernization, taking into account European requirements for reducing the carbon footprint,” said Roman Maliutin, CEO of Ukrtransgaz.

This season, Ukraine will continue to attract traders and strengthen its role in ensuring Europe’s energy security. Intensive negotiations, presentations of Ukrainian underground gas storages, and discussions of the prospects for development of the gas market in Ukraine and the EU are ahead.
