Naftogaz Group enterprises provide sustainable energy supply

Naftogaz Group's core mission is to ensure Ukraine's energy stability and a stable heating season. For the third consecutive year, the heating season unfolds amid Russia's full-scale invasion and widespread attacks on energy infrastructure.

Despite these challenges, Naftogaz Group enterprises remain fully operational. The Group ensures uninterrupted gas production, storage, and supply to all consumer categories.

A team of Naftogaz Group specialists works consistently to maintain critical and social infrastructure, repair networks and equipment to restore gas supply after attacks, deliver gas to frontline communities, and boost gas production.

Naftogaz Group continues to play a vital role in Ukraine’s economy, remaining one of the country’s largest taxpayers. In 2024 alone, the Group contributed over UAH 104 billion in taxes to the state budget, bolstering national economic resilience.

These outcomes are a testament to the efforts of Naftogaz Group's team, guided by strategic coordination and input from the Supervisory Board, Government, Parliament, the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission as also the Ministry of Energy, a state authority that ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the oil and gas sector.

With the coordination and support of the Ministry of Energy, the Group receives critical equipment from international partners, including UNDP and USAID, to ensure cogeneration at Naftogaz Group's CHP plants.

The unity and dedication of those working to safeguard Ukraine’s energy sustainability and ensure access to gas, heating, and electricity remain more critical than ever.
