Ukrtransgaz has started an injection season
Ukrtransgaz has started gas injection into the underground storages. During the 2023/2024 heating season, 8.5 bcm of natural gas was withdrawn from the UGS, of which Ukraine used 6.7 bcm.
“Ukrtransgaz has been uninterruptedly fulfilling all its obligations to both domestic consumers and foreign energy companies. I am grateful to all our specialists who work every day to ensure that Ukraine's energy system remains stable and reliable even in times of war,” said Roman Maliutin, CEO of Ukrtransgaz.
This year withdrawal season lasted 145 days.
