For the attention of customers of gas storage services: implementation of REMIT in Ukraine
Due to the implementation of requirements of the EU REMIT Regulation No. 1227/2011 in Ukraine, the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NERC) approved the Registration Procedure for wholesale energy market participants.
If you are currently performing or intend to enter into any transactions with wholesale energy products, you are required to REGISTER as a wholesale energy market participant. The registration deadline is 01/02/2024.
