The specified customs regime allows Customers to store natural gas in the underground gas storage facilities of Ukraine in the customs regime - "customs warehouse" within 1095 days without paying taxes and customs duties.

Service for the declaration of natural gas (Invoice)

To receive the services of storage of natural gas in the customs regime "customs warehouse" it is necessary to conclude with UKRTRANSGAS PJSC the following agreements:

- Agreement on natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal);

- Service agreement for declaration of natural gas transported across the customs border of Ukraine

In order to conclude the service agreement for declaration of natural gas transported across the customs border of Ukraine, the customer provides the SSO with:

Application for the conclusion of the agreement;
Originals of the agreement in 2 copies, completed, signed by the customer, and sealed.
