Ukraine guarantees stability of gas supplies for Europe
24 march 2017, Kyiv - Ukraine guarantees stability of gas supplies for Europe despite the fire at ammunition depot in Balakliya (Kharkiv region). The operator of the national gas transmission system (TSO) made technological gas flow switching to receive extra volume of transit gas through GMS Sudzha.
This morning PJSC "UKRTRANSGAZ" switched its structural units based in that region into operative readiness mode. "The closest pipeline to depots is located within a radius of 4 km. Danger zone - 5 km. We keep an ear to the ground"- department of public relations and press of PJSC"UKRTRANSGAZ ".
According to current information, as of 16:30 Thursday, all objects of Ukraine's gas transit infrastructure perform in normal technological mode.
