Market consultation of the interconnection agreements between Public Joint-Stock Company “UKRTRANSGAZ” and Moldavian Transmission system operator
The Ukrainian and Moldavian transmission system operators intend to conclude an interconnection agreements regarding to the gas transmission through the interconnection points Grebenyky and Kaushany, as well as Oleksiivka and Ananiiv.
According to the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing a network code on interoperability and data exchange rules, both TSOs shall invite the network users to comment on the proposed text of:
- rules for the matching process,
- rules for the allocation of gas quantities,
- communication procedures in case of exceptional events.
All market participants are invited to submit their comments and questions by sending a them to the e-mail address: businesscooperation@utg.ua.
This consultation will run from 1 February 2017 until 1 April 2017.
After the consultation, Ukrainian and Moldavian TSOs will evaluate the responses received during the consultation and take the network users’ comments into account when concluding or amending their interconnection agreements.
