Non-Binding Market Demand Survey for short-haul border-to-border transportation services
The Ukrainian System Operators UTG is conducting a non-binding market demand survey for the short-haul border-to-border transportation services. The services will allow gas transportation from/to Polish, Slovakian, Hungarian and Romanian borders via the Ukrainian gas transportation system. The services will be provided on firm and/or interruptible basis without access the Virtual Trading Point in Ukraine. The tariff on the services will be disclosed later after consultations with the Ukrainian Regulator. At this stage a discounted tariff is envisioned in order to properly allocate costs between short- and long-haul transportations customers according to the draft EU Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas.
Starting from now until July 25, 2016 any interested party is invited to submit its non-binding capacity demand by completing the attached excel questionnaire and sending the completed form to the following e-mail address: businesscooperation@utg.ua.
