Market consultation of the interconnection agreement between Public Joint-Stock Company “UKRTRANSGAZ” and GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
The Ukrainian and Polish transmission system operators – Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and PJSC "UKRTRANSGAZ" intend to conclude an update of interconnection agreement regarding to the gas transmission through the Hermanowice/Drozdowicze point.
According to the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing a network code on interoperability and data exchange rules, both TSOs shall invite the network users to comment on the proposed text of:
- rules for the matching process,
- rules for the allocation of gas quantities,
- communication procedures in case of exceptional events.
All market participants are invited to submit their comments and questions by sending a them to the e-mail address: businesscooperation@utg.ua.
This consultation will run from 1 January 2017 until 1 March 2017.
After the consultation, Public Joint-Stock Company UKRTRANSGAZ and GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. will evaluate the responses received during the consultation and take the network users’ comments into account when concluding or amending their interconnection agreement.
